Privacy
Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how LINKAMEN PTE. LTD. ("LinkAmen", "we", "our", "us") — the publisher of the PredictNext mobile app and the predictnext.ai website (together, the "Services") — handles and protects your personal data and the choices available to you regarding collection, processing, access, update, correction, and deletion of your personal data. Additional information on our personal data practices may be provided in product settings, contractual terms, or notices provided prior to or at the time of data collection.

2. Information We Collect Automatically

Our Services collect some data automatically when you use them. We may obtain information by automated means such as browser cookies, pixels, web server logs, web beacons, and other technologies. These technologies help us (1) remember your information so you will not have to re-enter it, (2) track and understand how you use and interact with the Services, (3) tailor the Services around your preferences, (4) manage and measure the usability of the Services, (5) understand the effectiveness of our communications, and (6) otherwise enhance the Services.

Information we may collect automatically includes:
  • Device data — IP address, log information, device model, operating system version, device language, timezone, mobile network operator, app version, advertising identifiers (including Google Ad ID where applicable), and randomized, non-persistent, resettable device identifiers such as a Personalized Service ID (PSID).
  • Usage data — clickstream data, your interactions with the Services (such as the pages you visit, the fixtures you view or follow, and the features you use), the pages that lead or refer you to the Services, and dates and times of use.
  • Push-notification data — when you follow a match inside the Android app, we receive a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token from Google so we can deliver live-goal and prediction alerts for the matches you chose to follow.

3. Information You Provide (Google Sign-In)

PredictNext is usable anonymously. If you choose to sign in with Google to sync your followed matches and leagues across devices, we receive from Google:
  • your Google account unique identifier ("sub"),
  • your verified email address,
  • your display name,
  • your profile picture URL.

We use this information only to (a) authenticate you, (b) link your follows and favorites to a stable account so they survive app reinstalls and sync across devices, and (c) display your name and profile picture inside your own Profile screen. We do not contact your Google contacts, read your Gmail, or access any other Google service on your behalf.

4. Why We Process Your Personal Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

Performance of our contract with you, in order to provision the app and its services, keep the app up-to-date and free of errors, verify your identity when you contact us for support, manage your account, and provide customer support.

Your consent — when you follow a match, you consent to receiving push notifications for that match. You can revoke this consent per-match (unfollow inside the app) or globally (disable notifications in system settings). Where required by law, we also ask for your consent before using identifiers such as the Google Advertising ID for personalized advertising. You can manage ad consent choices in the Android app under Profile > Privacy choices.

Legal obligations — when necessary for compliance with tax, accounting, anti-money-laundering, legal orders, sanction checks, or other obligations.

Our legitimate interests — to understand usage trends, evaluate and improve the performance and quality of our products and websites, develop new features, secure our systems and applications, and establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights.

5. How We Disclose Your Personal Data

We only disclose your personal data as described below, and only to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes of this policy. We require all recipients to comply with adequate privacy, confidentiality, and security standards.

Service providers — we use contractors and service providers to process data on our behalf, including hosting, customer support, and analytics. We contractually require them to keep data secure and confidential.

Analytics and crash-reporting providers — we use the following tools:
  • Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) — for user-behavior analytics, push delivery, and crash reporting respectively. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
  • Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google LLC) — for displaying banner and interstitial advertising, measuring ad performance, preventing fraud and invalid activity, and complying with regional consent requirements. Depending on your location and consent choices, Google may process device information, app activity, approximate location derived from IP address, and advertising identifiers. See policies.google.com/privacy and Google AdMob privacy information.

Public authorities — only in response to a subpoena, court order, lawful process, or where such disclosure is necessary for us to enforce our legal rights. No personal data is disclosed to any public authority except in response to such legal process.

Mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructurings — if we are involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such deal and outline your choices in that event, where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information (as such term is defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act).

6. Cross-Border Transfers

We are a global business. In order to reach all of our users and provide our software, we operate on an infrastructure that spans the globe. Servers in this infrastructure may be located in countries different from the one where you live, including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). We provide the same GDPR-level of protection to all personal data we process. When we transfer personal data outside the EEA, we put in place appropriate safeguards, such as standardized contracts approved by the European Commission.

7. How We Protect Your Personal Data

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards for the protection of your personal data.

Administrative safeguards: access to user personal data is limited to authorized personnel with a legitimate job-related need. Third-party contractors are bound by confidentiality clauses. When an individual employee no longer requires access, that individual's credentials are revoked.

Technical safeguards: all data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS/TLS. Session tokens are opaque, revokable server-side, and expire after one year of inactivity.

Proportionality: we strive to collect no more personal data from you than is required by the purpose for which we collect it. The less data we collect, the smaller the overall risk.

8. How Long We Store Your Personal Data

  • Account data (Google sub, email, name, picture) — for as long as you keep your account. Deleted immediately on in-app account deletion.
  • Fixture follows and league follows — for as long as you keep them, or until account deletion.
  • Session tokens — up to 1 year after the last sign-in, then automatically expired and removable.
  • Log files and analytics data — typically retained for up to 14 months, which is the default Firebase Analytics retention.

9. Your Privacy Rights

You have the following rights regarding the processing of your personal data:
  • Right to information and access — to receive information about the processing of your personal data, and a copy of the personal data undergoing processing.
  • Right to rectification — to have inaccurate personal data corrected.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — you can delete your account from inside the Android app at any time (Profile > Delete Account), or by contacting us at info@linkamen.com. See also our Account Deletion page.
  • Right to data portability — to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format, where applicable.
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time — e.g. by disabling match follows, or turning off notifications in system settings. For advertising consent choices, open the Android app and go to Profile > Privacy choices.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

10. California Privacy Rights

This section applies to California, USA residents. You have the right to: (a) know what personal information is being collected about you; (b) know whether your personal information is sold or disclosed and to whom; (c) say no to the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information; (d) request deletion of your personal information; (e) access your personal information in a portable format; (f) equal service and price even if you exercise your privacy rights.

Our products are not targeted at minors under 16 years of age. We therefore have no knowledge of any sale of data concerning them.

11. Children

PredictNext is not intended for use by children. For some features you may need to register and should be at least 16 to do so. If you are under 16, you must not use our Services unless you have the consent of a person with parental responsibility for you.
